There is no way you haven’t seen denim skirts like these creeping back up on racks, magazines, on the streets, or even worn by your favorite celebrities and bloggers. This 70’s look has never really entirely left but it definitely made a major reappearance this year. Here are a few notable bloggers who have worn them throughout this year
How one should wear this new trend depends mostly on when and where you are.
1.) Do you have a meeting and want to look professional? Go for the somewhat conservative bellow the knee pencil skirt such as the one above.
2.) Going for brunch with the ladies? I recommend the second skirt which is perfect to wear when you aren’t sure of how you should dress for an occasion because its appropriate for many occasions.
3.) This third skirt is perfect for every day errands, shopping, partying, and coachella-ing (huh?).
Bellow are a few other bloggers whom I liked the way they paired their denim skirts. These summer nights can get chilly sometimes so why not bring out those winter essentials again and create the perfect hot/cold look?

Let’s face it, denim skirts are a trend right now, therefore making it inevitably everywhere. What better way to stand out than having an extra flare to your skirt? Customization is an option (studs, beads etc…), or buying pieces such as those above with the not so typical cuts, patches, and designs. The more unique, the better…At least that’s how I see it.
In terms of unique pieces these bloggers caught my attention the most, I love the knot look and I usually see it on cotton or silk dress so this was a perfect combination worn by Jenny Tsang. I absolutely love the way Michèle Krusi wore this buttoned denim skirt on top of a dress, very original and creative. Last but not least, Nifesimi skirt is so cute with the patches of logo, and I love the length!
HaHave a great week!
