Shop the Look: Simplicity with a stain

Settled Tones
I just tidied up my closets a bit and I feel great, I hate seeing it not organised. I like having my jeans color coordinated and the hangers have to be besides others of the same style. But of course when the weekend hits, it’s a total mess again. Tidying up however did make me realise how I have been neglecting my beige, cream, and nude coloured clothing’s (they get shadowed by the blvck ones). This inspired me to create this shop the look post (or to just inspire, you don’t have to actually shop haha).

I always like adding a pop of color to very neutral outfits, makes it much more interesting.

Capes, kimonos, and or ponchos are just so perfect to wear during any season. During summer you can throw it on at night when it gets chilly. During fall (best time in my opinion to wear it) it keeps you warm and cozy. And during winter you can have as much layering bellow it and then throw this over.

Khaki/beige coloured jeans should be in every ones closet. If worn properly it makes every outfit look very neat and elegant.

Over the Knee & Thigh High boots reached it’s peak this season and I am guilty to have been a follower of this trend. I love wearing it because it makes your legs (well mine) look much longer and even a bit slender. They keep you warm but not stuffy like some other boots. If you don’t own over the knee boots because you don’t or can’t invest in a pair right now, an alternative will be to wear over the knee socks

Currently on my wish list, I have been obsessed with these Valentino chain shoulder bags. This one has very nice details and the color palette makes it easy to match with many things.

Love the color scheme of this Maison Michel fedora

I am not big on lipstick but this red one will definitely seal this look
